2. Business Address Usage
The virtual business address may be used for business correspondence, marketing materials, websites, invoices, and other commercial purposes. It cannot be used for illegal activities or any misleading representation.
3. Mail Handling
We handle incoming business mail daily, including letters from clients, banks, suppliers, and third parties. Mail can be:
- Forwarded via postal service (charges apply as per plan), or
- Scanned and sent via email at no additional cost (as per service plan)
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or third-party couriers.
4. Meeting Room Access
Meeting room usage is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on usage and duration.
5. Payment & Renewal
All services must be paid in advance as per the selected package. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Prohibited Use
Users must not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services in case of misuse.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption arising from the use of our services, including mail delays or third-party errors.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
